Liz and Gavin at the Spanish Monastery
Last month I accompanied Nina Sutherland to St. Bernard de Clairvaux Churh, the old Spanish Monastery in North Miami Beach, to photograph Liz and Gavin’s incredible wedding. This was an unforgettable wedding and photo session. Liz and Gavin chose Valentine’s Day weekend to tie the knot with a close group of friends and family. There are many amazing venues in South Florida, but few can match the Spanish Monastery’s beauty, atmosphere and magical vibe. It is a perfect place for amazing wedding photography. Liz and Gavin’s wedding was stunning. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and spectacular service throughout the day. As you can see from my selected images below, the flowers and table arrangements were gorgeous; outdone in beauty only by the Bride. Check out some of my favorite images from Liz and Gavin’s wedding day.

Big thanks to Nina for an amazing time. Oh! and I finally managed to make it past Krispy Kreme on 163rd Street and resist the temptation to stop!
The Spanish Monastery truly delivers a one of a kind experience like few other locations in South Florida. I am looking forward to several other weddings I will be documenting at the Monastery later this year. Looking for a super cool photographer to deliver some amazing pictures on your wedding day? Give me a call and let me know what you have planned for your special day.

Shirley & Pablo in Montevideo Uruguay
This past week I was in Montevideo the capital of Uruguay, where I had an incredible time exploring the city and capturing some seriously cool images. My new friends Shirley and Pablo were much fun to take in the city and all its sights, sounds and smells with. Montevideo was a perfect place to break in my new D3.
As a destination wedding photographer I truly love working with clients who value photography and what a family heirloom their wedding album will become.

If you are planning a destination wedding and are looking for incredible wedding pictures that will truly capture your day in all its splendor, give me a call or send me an email and and let’s talk about what you’re planning for your special day!
Uruguay was an amazing trip, and it is good to be back in South Florida with my family. Later this week I am off to WPPI in Las Vegas. If you are not familiar with WPPI it’s an annual gathering of 10,000+ wedding photographers from around the world. It’s an amazing opportunity to learn and share ideas with amazing photographers and network with the vendors that support us throughout the year.
